How to Play LexiTime

Whether you’re a casual word-lover or a seasoned puzzle pro, LexiTime has something for you. Here’s everything you need to know to get started.

The Goal

Each day, LexiTime challenges you to reorder a scrambled stack of letter pairs into three correct words.

Perfect for warming up, younger players, or playing on the go.

In Easy mode, you’re looking for three 6-letter words, made up of 6 letter-pairs.

💡 Tip: Some letter-pairs might appear in more than one word. Keep swapping and experimenting until they click!

📊 Fun Fact: There are millions of possible combinations in Easy mode - but only one correct answer per day!

A little more challenge, a little more satisfaction.

In Medium mode, you’ll solve three 8-letter words (4 pairs per word, 12 pairs total).

💡 Tip: Try spotting prefixes and suffixes like UN-, -TION, -ABLE.

📊 Fun Fact: With 12 letter pairs, there are billions of possible arrangements - but still just one correct solution.

The ultimate LexiTime challenge

In Hard mode, you’ll need to find three 10-letter words using 15 pairs total.

💡 Tip: Try building off shorter words you know - even a partial match can help you lock down parts of the final word.

🤯 Did You Know? The number of tile arrangements in Hard mode is so massive it's practically infinite!

Tap or click any two tiles to swap them.

Keep going until you form three real words, stacked top to bottom.

You’ve got 3 attempts per difficulty, per day.

After 3 tries, you'll see the correct answer and can try again tomorrow.

Look for familiar groupings like ABLE, TION, or TH.

Start by solving one word instead of all three at once.

If stuck, swap things at random - it might spark a breakthrough!
